• One Queen Bed, One double futon(sleeps 1 adult or 2 kids)
• 1 Room studio cottage
• Kitchenette attached (mini fridge, sink, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, dishware, mini oven w/ 2 burners, cookware)
• Full Bath
• BBQ, Fireplace, Firepit and Deck
• All linens provided

Rates:  Ranges from $100-110per night (2 night minimum)
 Airbnb for current prices weekend and holidays
$60.00  Flat Rate Cleaning Fee
Great for couple but can fit small family (futon for little tikes)
4 person maximum (2 adults/2children) or 3 adults
Potty trained, well behaved immunized dogs are welcome.
​$10.00 pet fee per day/per pet
